Tomorrow, July 14, will be the US network premiere of "The Reckoning," a moving and powerful documentary about the International Criminal Court. I've seen most of the film in a near-final cut, and I can't say enough good things about it. A must-see for those who care about human rights and global justice. See PBS.org…
