Awesome Christmas sweater vest with five santas!

So for this Christmas, I decided that I wanted to find the ultimate Christmas sweater vest to wear to my family's holiday party.  After some unsuccessful web searches and visits to various Goodwill and Salvation Army outposts in the city, I was about to despair.  There are just too many ironic shoppers in the city, apparently.

But like a beacon of kitschy goodness, the vintage clothing store Cheap Jacks called to me from the street on Thursday with an enticing display of ridiculous holiday sweaters. It did not disappoint.

Not only did Cheap Jacks have a wide selection of men's and women's Christmas sweaters, each one more hideous than the last, but they were all 20% off! 

I had a couple choice ones selected and was trying them on this one pictured here when one of the salesmen walked by. "Oh that looks fantastic," he exclaimed.  Other salespeople came by and chuckled and nodded approvingly.  The cashier asked me as she was ringing it up if I was sure I didn't want one with more Santas on it.

"Oh no, four is plenty," I said.

"Four? There's five! Didn't you see?" she replied, turning it around. 

Then we both started cracking up.

I can't wait to bust it out at my family's holiday party!
