Craig Ferguson explains why everything sucks (video)

Posted on September 5, 2009 by

Here's the Craig Ferguson on the "Late Late Show" explaining why "everything sucks" in modern society. This rant is just so spot-on and funny and true.

He lost me with his shtick about Madison Avenue selling stuff to young people as being the root of all evil.
That wouldn’t explain why all these people without any exposure to American television become violent, and even become terrorists.
The reality is, people consume because they want to be free, and they don’t want to be politically correct lol. They consume not because they are prompted to do so by some ad campaign, but because they feel like it. And free enterprise advertises to such people, and that’s ok.
I’d have to laugh at all the people with i-phones and i-pods laughing at this video from their DSL-line Internet connection on their expensive laptops.

On the Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, Craig loves to joke about the ball vacuum cleaner having the “proper amount of suction”. What started this? Why does it amuse him so much? Does he just do it to imitate the British accent?
