Animation artist Ryan Woodward created this gorgeous and moving animated short combining dance choreography with fantasy elements. I love how grounded the movement of the characters is, clearly based on the movement of real bodies. And the incorporation of wings, water, electricity and smoke add to the emotion of the piece in subtle ways.
