Ok, I love Catalan cuisine and I love virtual worlds. But I can’t for the life of me figure out why I would go to a virtual world to learn how to cook a Catalonian dish.
I received a press release telling me that Manuel Diez, head chef of L’Arrel del Born in Barcelona, will explain how he prepares one of his signature dishes, skrei cod over black cuttlefish rice. The demonstration will apparently be done using a voice narrative by the chef and a slideshow. (Not even video?) Check it out on Monday June 11 at 12pm PST in Spanish and
again on Tuesday 12PM in English in the sim Plaça
Real. The full press release follows the dots…
