Here they are: Quest Crew, "America's Best Dance Crew" of 2009. Well deserved, boys. Well played. Quest brought some seriously jaw-dropping tricks every single show, combined with near perfect team precision, creative choreography, and playful energy. No one, besides Beat Freaks, could touch them the whole season.
That said, I do have to wonder how Quest Crew would fare against b-boy crews from around the world. Battle of the Year, anyone? I would love to see that!
Mad props to second place crew Beat Freaks, who represented b-girls admirable throughout the competition. You've all got big careers ahead of you, for sure. And I want that orange Beat Freak tee shirt!
All-in-all, this is a great accomplishment for b-boy / breakdance culture.

I was torn. I think they were an excellent crew but I was going for beat freaks. My main beef was that two of the members were from so you think you can dance which also had shane sparks who was a judge on both shows. The previous america’s best dance crew also had another crew with members from so you think you can dance which has lead me to start questioning the validity of the show.
