First B-Boy Show Done: One More Show Tonight!

Last night my peeps Eugene, Will, Brooke and I did the first of two b-boy performances for the Dance Showcase at PMT Studios.  It was a lot of fun bringing this piece before a crowded and supportive audience of dancers and dance enthusiasts.  I think half the audience was Eugene's friends and famiy!

I think this was one of our best shows, bringing the full package of tight group choreography, solo work, character, story and dope music. What errors and missteps were present were largely invisible to anyone but ourselves.  I loved being able to bring my solo to the stage, which combined breaking moves with some charleston, done to a killer track by electro-swing group Caravan Palace.

Big ups to Pavan for putting together the choreography for our piece, and my friends Eugene, Will and Brooke for being a blast to work with these past weeks.

Can't wait to do it one more time this afternoon for the matinee show!
