Youth Programs
- “I Dig Science” Program (2008-2010)
Conceived of, planned, and executed “I Dig Science,” a virtual science camp that enabled groups of teenagers in Chicago and New York City to learn about paleontology, evolution, biology and culture.
Incorporated a range of learning experiences and tools, including dance, virtual worlds, Skype calls with scientists, and youth-created videos.

Virtual World Programs
Project coordinator for a series of virtual training and collaboration experiences for government officials participating in a World Bank Institute capacity building program.
The initial exercise created was a virtual game show designed to test their knowledge of different governance subject matter.
- International Justice Center in Second Life, 2008-2009
Project lead in the development of a human rights center in Second Life focused on the International Criminal Court .
The launch of the center included a streamed address by former UN Secretary General Kofi Annan and a virtual conversation between the ICC Prosecutor and the former foreign minister of Canada.

Web projects manager of the number one website for swing dancing and lindy hop in the world.
Led development of custom discussion system, social network integration, and curated content sections of site.
Coordinated work of user interface and backend coding team.
Writing
Author of the first public report on how nonprofits were using virtual world tools for education, outreach, collaboration and fundraising.
Conducted online forums with nonprofit professionals and volunteers to assess findings and get feedback.

Creator of online news site focused on the use of virtual world tools for the public good, including nonprofit, governmental and education sectors.
Betterverse includes reviews, event reporting, commentary and interviews with leaders in the field.
