I'm excited to report that the first of three awesome short science videos produced by Cal Academy teens has just been released online. Entitled "Phelps vs. Fish," this video explores what makes Michael Phelps one of the fastest humans in the water, and how he compares to the fastest marine animal, the sailfish. (HINT: not even close!).
It's a great video produced by three of our teen science filmmakers, who had only two weeks to learn all of the science, the video skills, and the design process to create their video. I'm so proud of their work, and glad that the world is going to get to see it!
Keep an eye out for two more awesome teen science videos being released on the Academy's website, YouTube channel and video podcast shortly.
