I really enjoy my low/no carb diet most days. But if I have a hardest day, it's Sunday.
First off, my cheat day is typically Saturday. So that means I have the longest time to wait until my next cheat day rolls around.
Also Sunday is the weekend, which means more opportunities for temptations to eat outside my diet. Today I went to a picnic with my family where there were cupcakes, cookies, chips, and other junk foods I had to avoid. This evening, I was hanging with friends watching anime and there was ice cream, crackers, and chocolate on the table in front of me the whole time.
That said, I'm proud of myself for sticking with my diet today!
