I looked at this email several times at work and after work. When I got home, I read it thoroughly, to see what the catch was. Then I clicked on the Amazon.com link at the end and nearly purchased it.
And then I remembered: I already have this exact scale.
This is how good marketing is at hijacking your brain and making you buy shit you don’t need, or shit you already own. I was so ready to buy this stupid product.
There’s just something about the human brain that can’t say no to anything “free.” Which is why most of us have too much crap in our houses.
